The sun has been shining, and things are hotting up for an unforgettable summer of live music, day parties and of course, good people dancing to great music!

We're taking over our neighbours The Old Crown for a third year running to teach them a thing or two about soul on July 21st! DJs Mazzy Snape, Rich Priest and Josh Pye will be mixing Northern Soul faves with a bit of Motown, 60's R&B and other funky stuff all for free entry!

We'll be soaking up the sun with some fresh new music and funky beats at Hott Date on August 5th. With two rooms bursting with music from Lions of Dissent, Flamingo Flame, Exotic Pets, Ed Geater, VEDA, George Wilson and Matt Millard, PLUS DJs from power brands Chicks Dig Jerks, Kaleidoscope, House of Jealous Lovers, Le Freak and many more - it's going to be one Hott party! What's more, there's even a BBQ - you don't get more summery than that.

Some of you well seasoned Night Owls will know about Make it Reggae - our summer session celebrating 50 years of the almighty Trojan Records. Make it Reggae are joined by special guests DJs to spin reggae, ska and rocksteady tracks found deep within the trojan vaults every second Sunday of the month. The next Make it Reggae session is on August 12th from 2pm, kids are welcome so everyone can enjoy the great music.

Rolling into town on August 11th is a circus like no other... Our favourite Rolling Stones tribute Get Stoned are back for the Get Stoned's Rock and Roll Circus! With live music and performers, special guests, face painting and BBQ, This kid friendly event is perfect for Rock and Roll fans of all ages from 2pm. The party goes on from 9pm with a special Dig? afterparty featuring music by the artists in the original Rolling Stones Circus, plus our usual soul and retro jams.

Of course, we have more daytime and evening events throughout the summer and beyond! You can find all our events, and more information on The Ticket Sellers and on the Night Owl Website.

See you in the sunshine!
